BellatorのZUFFAに対する訴訟はBellatorと契約を結んだのにZUFFAがTUF12に出演させるためにジョナサンブルックリンを引き抜いた事だ。ブルックリンは確かに口頭ベースではBellatorを離れたが書類上ではまだ Bellatorの契約下にある。
The basis of Bellator’s lawsuit against ZUFFA is that Jonathan Brookins was signed to a Bellator contract but was grabbed by ZUFFA to appear in TUF 12. Apparently Jonathan Brookins was ‘verbally released’ from Bellator but nothing appeared in writing.

The real shocker is that Dream 14 will be under Pride rules which means soccer kicks, head stomps and all that other (dangerous) good stuff.
